What is the cost of the i693 medical exam?The cost of the i693 medical examination is $400 when paying with cash. If you prefer to pay electronically (we currently accept Venmo or Zelle), the cost is $450. This difference in pricing is due to the additional processing and handling fees associated with credit card transactions. We strive to provide our services at the best possible rates while maintaining the highest quality and efficiency of our medical examinations.

Will my insurance cover the i693 medical exam?Insurance is not accepted for the i693 medical examination. However, a receipt can be provided to you upon request for you to submit to your insurance provider.

Without insurance, how does one get the required tests?We will provide you with a free referral to obtain labs at a low cost facility near you. The cost is determined by the laboratory, not Huma Hurley Immigration.

What tests and/or vaccines are required for the i693 medical exam?The Tests/Vaccines that are required include: Polio (vaccine or blood titer) MMR (vaccine or blood titer) Hepatitis A and B (vaccine or blood titer) Varicella (blood titer) RPR or Treponema test for Syphilis (anyone over the age of 15 years) Urine Gonorrhea NAAT (anyone over the age of 15 years) Quantiferon Gold TB Test (anyone over the age of 2 years) Flu vaccine (within the last year) COVID-19 vaccine (must have one administered in the US)
